We are
using the latest technology available. Blending of our products
is performed under the expert guidance of our technologist, which
gives the blends of selected spirit, malt and imported scotch whiskies
containing natural flavors.
Blending room consists of 7 blending tanks (capacity 71,000 Liters),
7-spirit storage (s.s) and 2 M.S, spirit storage tanks (capacity
1, 33,800 liters), Blending tanks are provided with agitators. The
entire piping is in rigid stainless steel. |

- Quality of water (D.M) is checked. Its hardness, PH and odor
and total alkalinity.
- Quality of spirit is checked, completely. Laboratory analysis,
potassium paramagnet test, clarity and organoleptic test.
- E.N.A , malt spirit and scotch whisky is taken in blending
tank with various proportions.
- D.M Water is added into blending tank in three stages. Mixing
is performed by stirrer; settling duration time is also given
in the process of mixing.
- Caramel is used for giving color in liquor, Lavibond color
comparator checks color. Agitation and settling duration is
given as per the kind and specification of the liquor.
- Addition of flavoring material.
- Various types of oils and extract are used for flavoring the
whisky and other hard drinks. These flavors are used at different
levels of blending as during reduction, sophistication and maturation,
which give smoothness to whisky and a unique flavor to the liquor.
- Maturation: It is performed in wooden cask or in steel tank;
it depends on the quality of the liquor. After maturation final
quality of liquor is checked in terms of taste, strength, and
organoleptic test.

| The design
and performance of bottling unit is the highlight of quality products
operation with capacity 2000 cases per day. (8 hours)
Two semi
automatic machines has been supplied by Bhuvaneswari and co. Ltd
India , and one fully automatic bottling unit capacity 150 BPM
has been supplied by S.S Industries , India consisting Automatic
Tunnel washing FEBTA-15, Monoblock filling and sealing machine
20/8 head, Row labeling machine, S.S Slat chain conveyer 8 ft
, overlap conveyor, our feed jamming sensor , inspection system.,
filter press.
The bottling unit is designed for producing superior quality bottled
products.
Quality management during bottling of liquor :
- Liquor is filtered using press filter (with filter pads),
which give superior performance of filtration; sample is examined
before and after filtration to check the clarity of the liquor.
- Washing machines, tanks are cleaned.
- Washing water clarity, Ph and hardness are checked.
- Excess liquor is removed.
- Defective Bottles and excess bottles, P.P Caps, carton and
labels removed.
- Flour, wall, ceiling properly cleaned.
- Machine cleaned as per standard operating procedure.
- Conveyor Belt, working table cleaned.
- Blending, spirit storage, lab finish godown cleaned.
- Filter, filling overhead tank, filling tank, filter Nozzles
cleaned
Bottling and packing performed in hygienic and sophisticated manner.
A well laid out bottling hall with selected latest available technology,
which increase the efficiency of production with tremendous excellence
and perfection in our quality products. The distinct process of
the blending room, apart from performance confirming to the best
quality, is temperature and Ph control system which results the
volatile substance get admix into the liquor give excellent and
consistent quality of the liquor. |
